Clayco starts building St. Louis distribution center
Real estate development, design and construction firm Clayco has started work on a $12.6 million, 420,000-square-foot warehouse project in north St. Louis.
Clayco and Forum Studio Inc. are design-building the North Broadway Distribution Center, located at 6500 Prescott, while Balke Brown Associates is the developer and owner of the project.
The warehouse is expected to be completed in October and International Food Products Corp. has already pre-leased 120,000 square feet of the facility.
