CMA CGM said that through its Greenmodal Transport subsidiary it has acquired a 15.5-percent stake in a company building an intermodal terminal in Marseille.
Other partners in the project in the Mourepiane intermodal terminal are the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille (GPMM), which owns 29 percent; the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Marseille Provence (CCIMP), which owns 9 percent; a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, which owns 15.5 percent; Caisse d’Epargne Provence Alpes Corse, which owns 15.5 percent; and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, which owns 15.5 percent.
