CMA CGM COMMENCES FRANCE-ALGERIA CONTAINER LINK
CMA CGM will commence a direct weekly container service between Marseilles, France, and Alger, Algeria, on Feb. 24.
The service will employ one ship of 350-TEU capacity.
CMA CGM said that the service will complement its existing feeder service between Algeria and Malta.
CMA had operated a Marseilles-Alger service until 1997, before CMA acquired CGM.
