CMA CGM said it has begun offering a weekly shuttle service between Kingston, Jamaica and Port au Prince, Haiti.
The French carrier said it will use the ship Red Spirit in the service. It will leave Kingston on Tuesday and arrive in Port au Prince the next day.
The service will allow for “seamless relay of cargo through CMA CGM global service network.”
CMA CGM has nine services calling at Kingston.
The company said the service will have large \ reefer capacity and will also offer inducement calls to Cap Haitian on the north coast of Haiti.
