CMA CGM Victory Bridge begins calling Tuxpan, Mexico

The French ocean carrier’s transatlantic service will use the SSA Marine Terminal at the Port of Tuxpan, which is well positioned for cargo moving to and from Mexico City.

   CMA CGM’s transatlantic Victory Bridge service has begun calling the Port of Tuxpan in eastern Mexico.
   The Victory Bridge is the first container service to use SSA Marine’s new terminal at the port.
   CMA CGM’s Hammonia Venetia was the first vessel to use the port on the Victory Bridge service, which has a revised port rotation of Le Havre, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Bremerhaven, Charleston, Savannah, Miami, Veracruz, Tuxpan, Altamira, Houston, New Orleans, Miami and Le Havre.
   According to ocean carrier schedule and capacity database BlueWater Reporting, the service operates with six ships with an average capacity of 4,247 TEUs.
