COSCO, YANGMING, “K” LINE WITHDRAW EUROPE/ISRAEL SHIPS
China Ocean Shipping Co., Yangming and "K" Line are ending their
northern Europe/Israel/Turkey non-conference service and buying slots on
conference ships instead.
The ending of the three-ship service, launched last October, follows an
agreement made with conference lines in the overtonnaged northern
Europe/eastern Mediterranean trade.
COSCO, Yangming and "K" Line are also joining the Europe/Israel
Container conference this month.
The three Asian carriers will have space on the weekly conference
consortium of Zim, P&O Nedlloyd and Ellerman.
