Jacksonville, Fla.-based Crowley Maritime Corp. is adding a less-than-container-load option for exporters out of Houston.
Crowley Maritime Corp. will begin offering weekly, fixed-day, less-than-container-load service from the Port of Houston to 33 destinations throughout the Caribbean and Central America, effective July 1.
The Jacksonville, Fla.-based carrier said the new service will be the only one of its kind available from Houston and would suit shippers from the Gulf region and the West Coast.
Crowley will load the shipments into containers at its Houston warehouse.
