CSX Lines upgrades Hawaii operations

Hawaii has undergone an economic turnaround over the last year, with container volumes increasing last year, after eight years of economic stagnation, said CSX Lines’ Hawaii/Guam vice president and general manager Brian Taylor.
The investment in new equipment confirms the shipping line’s faith that the economic upswing has begun, and will continue over the next several years, Taylor said.
