Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a 244,000-square-foot warehouse in Jacksonville’s Southside submarket.
The facility was built in 2005 on a 17.9-acre site with immediate access to Interstate 95 and Interstate 295. In addition, the facility is minutes away from Interstate 10 and JAXPORT, Vushman & Wakefield said.
The building is equipped with 20,000 square feet of office space, whole-building HVAC, 32- to 40-foot clear heights, a full-building backup generator and 180 parking spaces. In addition, the site offers an additional three acres of land for potential expansion.
“We envision this building as a regional or national headquarters,” said Cushman & Wakefield Director Tyler Newman, noting that the entire building will be available for lease in January 2017. “Its large office component, modern finishes, ideal location and potential for expansion could comfortably support a significant workforce and would be ideal for eCommerce or pharmaceutical uses.”
