D’AMICO/ITALIA SWOPS SLOTS FROM
CMA-CGM TO ZIM

Italy’s shipping group D’Amico/Italia will take slots between the
West Mediterranean and the U.S. East Coast from Zim’s Zim Container Service around May 1,
replacing a similar slot charter arrangement with CMA-CGM that will end at the same time.

On the Mediterranean/West Coast trade Zim will continue to charter
slots from D’Amico/Italia’s more direct service. The latter covers a full range of West
Coast ports while the Zim Container Service only calls Los Angeles.
