DANZAS, LEMUIR GROUP, IN PARTNERSHIP
Danzas, a logistics subsidiary of Deutsche Post World Net, and the Lemuir Group, a provider of supply chain and warehousing services, announced on Friday that they will form a joint venture in India.
The new entity, to be called Danzas Lemuir Pvt Ltd, will have a workforce of 367 in 15 offices and warehouses, covering Mumbai, Goa, Pune, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Aurangabad, Delhi, Agra, Moradabad, Kanpur, Ludhiana, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Danzas has a 49 percent interest in the new company; Lemuir Group has a 51 percent stake. Snehal Parikh, managing director of the Lemuir Group, will be chairman of the joint venture. Trevorlyn Menezes of Danzas will be chief executive officer.
