DANZAS MERGES CHEMICALS ARM INTO SUPPLY-CHAIN UNIT
Danzas said that its chemicals logistics activities will be integrated into the group’s “solutions business unit,” the arm of the group that provides supply-chain management.
The Swiss logistics group said that it carried out a strategic review of the chemicals activities, acquired in 1999 from the Nedlloyd group, before deciding to integrate them.
Danzas Chemicals provides logistics services and intermodal transport services within Europe and across continents to the chemical industry. It has annual net sales of over 120 million euro ($126 million).
