Crane Worldwide’s services include air, ocean, trucking and customs brokerage, which are expected to boost DAVACO’s global reach and ability to support brand initiatives directly from the manufacturing plant.
DAVACO, a Dallas-based firm that specializes in the management and execution of high-volume remodels, resets and rollouts, has merged with Crane Worldwide Logistics.
“Because the movement and timely delivery of owner furnished items is closely linked to our execution schedules, having this added in-house expertise [of Crane Worldwide] helps to ensure the efficiencies and ultimate success of our retail, restaurant and hospitality programs,” DAVACO Founder and CEO Rick Davis said.
Crane Worldwide’s services include air, ocean, trucking and customs brokerage, which are expected to expand DAVACO’s global reach and ability to support brand initiatives directly from the manufacturing plant, the companies said.
Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.
Founded in 1990, DAVACO also operates offices in Toronto, Canada and employs more than 1,100 staff in North America. Crane Worldwide, based in Houston, started operations in 2008 and now has 100 offices across 25 countries.
