DELOITTE CONSULTING RENAMED BRAXTON
Deloitte Consulting, a management consulting firm based in London, has rebranded as Braxton.
The new name was drawn from a trademark that Deloitte has owned since 1984, when it acquired Braxton Associates, another consulting firm.
Doug McCracken, the firm’s chief executive officer, said of the new name, “it’s real. It’s easily memorable. While our competitors are distancing themselves from their consulting roots, we are reaffirming our commitment to the profession.”
Braxton has 15,000 employees working in 33 countries.
