DEPENDABLE AUTO SIGNS WITH HORIZON SERVICES TO MANAGE SHIPMENTS
Dependable Auto Shippers, a provider of private vehicle relocation services, has contracted with Dallas-based Horizon Services Group, a provider of intermodal logistics technology, to provide DAS with outsourced IT services.
Dependable Auto Shippers will use Horizon’s AUTOcaptain suite of applications to manage global delivery of vehicles. The system automatically collects data on each vehicle shipped at every stage of delivery, facilitates barcode scanning and tracking, and also produces shipping documents.
