The Bonn, Germany-based parcel carrier and third-party logistics provider has sold 100 percent of its stake in optivo GmbH to cloud-based digital content, commerce and marketing management platform firm Episerver AB.
Deutsche Post AG, parent of DHL, has sold 100 percent of its stake in e-mail marketing technology firm optivo GmbH to to cloud-based digital content, commerce and marketing management platform firm Episerver AB, the company said in a statement.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001, optivo was purchased by Deutsche Post in 2013, and DP DHL said it would continue to work with the company in the future.
