DSV establishes New Zealand company, buys former country partner
DSV Air & Sea Holding, a unit of Danish freight forwarder and logistics group DSV, has established a new company in New Zealand under the name DSV Air & Sea Ltd.
The new unit has already been busy concluding an agreement to acquire the activities of Leader Container Line International Ltd., also known as JHB International Logistics, DSV’s former partner in New Zealand. The parties have agreed not to publish the acquisition price.
DSV Air & Sea Ltd. has a budgeted annual turnover of DKK 40 million ($7.34 million) and employs 14 people at its offices in Auckland.
