Eurinpro building warehouse in Germany for Amazon
Eurinpro, an international developer of customized warehouse and distribution facilities, said Tuesday it will build a warehouse for Amazon.de, the German unit of online retailer Amazon.com, in the eastern German city of Leipzig.
The facility will have more than 755,000 square feet of space. “As Amazon.de has grown and we’ve expanded selection to include product categories with larger-sized items such as electronics, kitchen and home furnishings, we need additional capacity to accommodate these bulkier items,” said Paul Niewerth, general manager of Amazon Logistik Bad Hersfeld.
