Evans new head of FESCO North America
Ocean carrier FESCO has named Mike Evans as president of FESCO Agencies North America.
Evans, a 20-year veteran of the company, replaces Aspi Rostami, who will stay on as an advisor.
Evans was director of sales and marketing. In his new role, he is responsible for the overall direction of FESCO Agencies North America and will oversees management of the company's liner, intermodal, logistics and container operations serving North America and the Far East, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Korea, China, Australia, the Baltic region and the Black Sea.
His experience with FESCO includes working for Morflot Freightliners, as an agent for FESCO, responsible for operations in the Far East and Southeast Asia and developing new accounts in the Pacific Northwest. He also held a role with Crowley Maritime Corp.
