EVERGREEN CHARTERS MED/U.S. SLOTS FROM HANJIN, DSR-SENATOR

   Evergreen has started taking space on the Mediterranean/U.S. East Coast
service operated by Hanjin Shipping, DSR-Senator and partners.

   The "AMA" weekly service of Hanjin and DSR-Senator calls at
Gioia Tauro, La Spezia, Marseilles-Fos, Valencia, New York, Savannah, Valencia, La Spezia
and Gioia Tauro again, before the ships proceed to the Far East and return to the
Mediterranean.

   The slot-charter agreement follows the termination of the joint
CMA-CGM/Italia Mediterranean/U.S. East Coast service, on which Evergreen had space.

It is not clear whether Evergreen’s agreement with Hanjin and DSR-Senator is permanent
or temporary.
