Executive Moves: A.N. Deringer, A.R.C. Transit and Akin Gump

A.N. Deringer appoints national sales manager and A.R.C. Transit names chief marketing officer, while Akin Gump gains former Commerce Department textiles and apparel trade official.

   A.N. Deringer has appointed 25-year logistics industry veteran Todd Sanders national sales manager. He will oversee Deringer’s sales team and focus on development of the company’s customs brokerage and freight forwarding businesses.

   A.R.C. Transit has hired Jimmy Yokeley as chief marketing officer. He was most recently vice president of key client accounts for the North Carolina State Ports Authority. Prior to his decade of work at the port authority, Yokeley held management positions at Expeditors International, American Steamship Agency Corp. and CaroTrans.

   Josh Teitelbaum, formerly deputy assistant secretary for textiles and apparel at the U.S. Commerce Department, will join the Washington law offices of Akin Gump at the end of August.
