Executive Moves: AFN Logistics, Virgin Atlantic Cargo, and Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg

AFN Logistics appoints vice president, customer supply chain; Virgin Atlantic Cargo names managing director; and Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg hires two compliance attorneys.

AFN Logistics appoints vice president, customer supply chain; Virgin Atlantic Cargo names managing director; and Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg hires two compliance attorneys.

   AFN Logistics, a freight broker and supply chain management company, appointed Rachal Snider as vice president, customer supply chain. Prior to joining AFN, Snider served as senior manager, customer supply chain for The Kraft Heinz Company. She worked at Kraft from May 2013 until June 2017.

   Virgin Atlantic Cargo has named David Geer managing director. Geer will succeed John Lloyd, who will step down in August after 30 years with the airline. Geer joined Virgin Atlantic in 2012, and prior to that, he worked at L.E.K. Consulting for six years as a manager.

   Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, an international trade law firm, has hired compliance attorneys and drawback experts Michael Cerny and Marilyn-Joy Cerny. In addition, Mr. Cerny will assume a role as vice president with the Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services drawback group. The Cernys have practiced international trade and customs law for over 25 years, including nearly 20 years with Cerny Associates, P.C., and also founded drawback provider Global Customs & Trade Specialists, Inc.
