Executive Moves: Association of Pacific Ports and TIACA

Port Hueneme commissioner tapped to lead the Association of Pacific Ports, while TIACA appoints director.

   Port of Hueneme Harbor Commissioner Mary Anne Rooney has been named president of the Association of Pacific Ports (APP). She has been active in APP as an executive committee member. APP is a trade association that promotes increased efficiency of the ports throughout the Pacific. 

   Warren Jones has been appointed to director of The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA), based in Miami, Fla. He was most recently president of Cargo Network Services, the U.S. arm of the International Air Transport Association. Jones will focus on TIACA’s sales initiatives and manage the association’s commercial development programs and operations. 
   TIACA also named Kenneth Gibson as manager of accounts and business development, also based in Miami.
