Executive Moves: CCM, Agility and ATA

CCM names new chief operating officer, while Agility appoints CEO for South Asia and ATA adds VP of supply chain security.

   Consolidated Chassis Management (CCM) has promoted Joe Poelma to senior vice president and chief operating officer. He succeeds Phil Wojcik, who will retire from CCM, effective July 31, but will continue as a senior advisor to the board. Poelma joined CCM in May 2012 as vice president of operations. Before that, he was director of intermodal operations for Schneider National and senior director for transpacific trade at Maersk Line.

   Agility has appointed Detlev Janik as chief executive officer for its South Asia area. In this role, he will be responsible the for Agility’s business in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Prior to joining Agility, Janik was the regional director of Dachser in Singapore. He was previously CEO of Dachser India Pvt. Ltd.

   The American Trucking Associations has promoted Boyd Stephenson to vice president of supply chain security and operations. Stephenson has been with the association for eight years, holding a variety of positions within ATA’s policy department, with a focus on licensing and hazardous materials safety and security.
