Executive Moves: CenterPoint Properties and ICTSI

CenterPoint Properties names head of U.S. western region, while International Container Terminal Services, Inc. promotes three VPs.

   CenterPoint Properties has named Bob Andrews senior vice president and regional manager of the industrial real estate developer’s west region portfolio, based in Los Angeles. He will be responsible for managing and growing CenterPoint’s portfolio of more than 4.5 million square feet of property across the Los Angeles, Oakland and Seattle markets.

   International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) has promoted Martin O’Neil to executive vice president. He was previously senior vice president and global chief financial officer. ICTSI also promoted Rafael D. Consing Jr. from vice president and treasurer to senior vice president and CFO, and Jose Joel M. Sebastian from vice president and controller to senior vice president for finance.
