Dachser appoints managing director of European logistics in Germany, while FourKites names senior VP of business development.
Dachser has promoted its head of contract logistics, Alexander Tonn, to managing director of European logistics in Germany, effective Jan. 1. He will oversee the business development of 38 German branch offices. Tonn joined Dachser in 1999. He was named head of contract logistics in 2014.
FourKites, a provider of cloud-based supply chain visibility and real-time tracking solutions, has named Craig Fiander senior vice president of business development. He was most recently vice president of strategic alliances for the Enterprise Solutions business unit at ALK Technologies.
