Eagle Bulk Shipping picks new CFO and Transervice Logistics names SW business development director, while trade association InterManager elects president.

Eagle Bulk Shipping, an owner and operator of dry bulk vessels, has named Frank De Costanzo chief financial officer, succeeding Adir Katzav in this role.    Transervice Logistics has appointed Erin Jones director of business development for the Southwest. Prior to joining Transervice, she was regional sales manager for Omnitracs and also served as vice president of sales at Lee TranServices, a transportation compliance and risk management services company.

InterManager, a third-party and in-house ship management association, has elected Bjørn Jebsen, chief executive officer of Jebsens, as president. He succeeds Gerardo Borromeo, vice chairman and chief executive officer of  Philippine Transmarine Carriers, who is stepping down after four years at the helm of the association.
