The Florida Department of Transportation announces secretary resignation, names interim secretary, while CenterPoint Properties hires vice president of investments.
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announced Jim Boxold’s resignation as secretary, effective Feb. 3, 2017.
Boxold, who has served in the role since 2015, will be replaced on an interim basis by current Assistant Secretary for Finance and Administration Rachel Cone.
Industrial and logistics real estate developer CenterPoint Properties has hired Evan Lippow as vice president of investments.
Based in Saddle Brook, N.J., Lippow will be tasked with helping to grow the company’s portfolio in the Northern New Jersey and Miami industrial markets. He comes to CenterPoint from Terreno Realty Corp.
