Executive moves: Gordley Associates and RILA

Gordley Associates hires trade policy expert, while RILA names vice president of international trade.

   Hanna Abou-El-Seoud has joined the Washington office of Gordley Associates, where she will focus on trade policy and international agricultural development for clients such as the American Soybean Association, U.S. Soybean Export Council and ASA’s World Initiative for Soy in Human Health. She joins the government the relations firm from the staff of the Senate Agriculture Committee.

   The Retail Industry Leaders Association has named Hun Quach, formerly of the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, as its vice president for international trade. Prior to joining USTR, she spent seven years as international trade advisor for the Senate Finance Committee.
