NEHDS Logistics names president, while CVI International appoints VP of business development and sales.
Final-mile delivery and warehousing company NEHDS Logistics has named Charles Johnson president and chief operating officer. He joins the company after 13 years with Diakon Logistics, where he was in charge of day-to-day operations. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking.
Norfolk, Va.-based freight forwarder and customs broker CVI International has appointed Bill Smith vice president of business development and sales, based in the company’s Charlotte, N.C. office. He most recently served as vice president of sales at Globe Express Services.
