Executive moves: Port Corpus Christi, Polymer Logistics and HMI/Gulf Marine

Port Corpus Christi lines up 2016 commission officers, while Polymer Logistics names sales VP and HMI/Gulf Marine appoint new CEO.

   Port Corpus Christi said W. Wes Hoskins was sworn in Tuesday as its newest commissioner, while Richard Ralph Valls Jr. was reappointed to the commission. Hoskins replaced Judy Hawley on the commission. Chairman of the commission is Charles Zahn, followed by Wayne Squires as vice chairman, and Barbara Canales as secretary.

   Polymer Logistics, a plastic container and pallet pooling service, has appointed Tony Mosco as North American vice president of sales. Prior to that, he was vice president of sales at Integro and national sales manager for CHEP USA Division of Brambles Ltd. 

   Hendry Marine Industries and Gulf Marine Repair Corp., a tug-barge shipyard, has named Jim Long its new chief executive officer. He has held CEO positions at several other companies before joining HMI and Gulf Marine.
