TOTE Services hires vice president, marine operations, government & commercial; and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey names new director of tunnels, bridges and terminals.
TOTE Services has hired Captain Jeff Dixon as vice president, marine operations, government & commercial. Dixon, who joined TOTE Services on May 1, has replaced Mitch Walker, who retired on June 1 after nearly 27 years with TOTE Services. Dixon served in the active duty U.S. Coast Guard for 27 years, and was most recently Sector Commander in Jacksonville, Fla.
The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey has named Diannae Ehler the new director of tunnels, bridges and terminals. Ehler is replacing Cedrick Fulton, who is leaving the agency after 24 years to become the president of MTA bridges and tunnels. Ehler most recently served as general manager of the port authority bus terminal and Lincoln Tunnel.
The port authority made several other appointments in the tunnels, bridges and terminals department, including the appointments of:
• Roger Prince as deputy director of operations and capital program delivery;
• Mark Muriello as deputy director of transportation development and revenue programs;
• Mark Schaff as general manager of the port authority bus terminal;
• Gerard Lindenmeier as general manager of the Lincoln Tunnel;
• And Allison de Cerreño as deputy general manager of the port authority bus terminal.
