Union Pacific names vice president and treasurer, vice president-planning and analysis, and vice president-tax; and Crane Worldwide Logistics hires vice president, ocean products.
Omaha, Neb.-based Class I railway Union Pacific named Jon Panzer vice president and treasurer, succeeding Mary Jones, who plans to retire on Dec. 1. Panzer is currently vice president-planning and analysis. During his 21-year career, he has held positions in investor relations; financial analysis; and Union Pacific’s intermodal, streamline and chemicals groups in marketing and sales.
In addition, Union Pacific named Jennifer Hamann vice president-planning and analysis. Hamann has most recently been serving as Union Pacific’s vice president and general manager-automotive. She has been with the company for 25 years, serving in investor relations, corporate audit and human resources.
Union Pacific also named Bryan Clark vice president-tax, succeeding Pat O’Malley, who will retire Nov. 30. Clark, who has held key finance positions in tax during his 24 years at Union Pacific, is currently assistant vice president-federal tax.
Houston-based third-party logistics provider Crane Worldwide Logistics has hired Jeff Mailhiot to serve as vice president, ocean products in Chicago. Mailhiot has over 24 years of diverse product experience, working with ocean carriers and non-vessel-operating common carriers.
