Worldwide Flight Services hires a vice president; California port names an IT director.
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has appointed Duncan Watson as vice president of group commercial cargo.
Watson will be based at WFS’ head office in Paris and report to Barry Nassberg, group chief commercial officer.
Watson spent 18 years at DHL with local, regional and global commercial responsibilities before joining Emirates Airline, for which he worked 11 years, ultimately holding the post of vice president of cargo commercial operations based in Dubai.
Kevin Fong, a 30-year veteran in systems management, has been named IT director at the Port of Oakland.
For 13 years, he worked for the University of California, Berkeley, most recently as IT director for University Development and Alumni Relations.
Fong replaces Kyle Mobley, the acting IT director at the California port who is returning to his role as aviation information technology manager at Oakland International Airport.
