EXEL GLOBAL LOGISTICS NAMES TWO EXECUTIVES

   David R. Pulk has been named vice president of sales and development for MSAS Global Logistics. In addition, Mark Generaux has been appointed executive vice president of MSAS Mark VII Transportation division.

   Pulk, who has 35 years of experience in the logistics industry, was senior vice president of sales, marketing and development for Daher (America) Inc., the operating subsidiary of Golden Eagle Group Inc. Prior to that, he was president and chief operating officer for Amertranz Worldwide Inc.

   Pulk is based at MSAS' Dallas office, and reports to Roger Haeussler, president of MSAS (USA) International Division.

   Generaux will be based at Mark VII headquarters in Memphis, and reports directly to R.C. Matney, president of MSAS Mark VII. MSAS's parent, Ocean Group plc., acquired Mark VII, the intermodal marketing company, in August 1999.

   Generaux has been with Mark VII since 1991. He joined Mark VII Worldwide Logistics in 1993 and helped build the third-party logistics subsidiary.
