FINE AIR TO EXPAND PARTS BUSINESS

    Fine Air Services Corp., the Miami-based parent company of all-cargo
carriers Fine Air and Arrow Air, plans to expand into the aviation parts and engine sales
and leasing business.
   The company has set up a parts subsidiary called Fine/AAA Interair Inc. John
D. Zappia, previously senior vice president and chief operating officer of Fine, was
appointed president of the unit.
   Guillermo "Willy" Cabeza, previously president of Arrow Air, was
named chief operating officer of the parent company, replacing Zappia.
