U.S. Federal Maritime Commission Reports, final decisions or orders made by the commission and its predecessor agencies between 1919 and 1987 are now available to the public through the FMC’s online Electronic Reading Room.
Originally compiled in 28 volumes, these decisions are no longer in publication or widely available. With the addition of these reports, the entire body of commission decisions issued from 1919 to the present is now available electronically. Commission decisions issued between mid-1987 to present have long been available on-line and can also be found in the Electronic Reading Room.
