FMC reviews 13 OTI license applications
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 13 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Golden Jet-L.A., Jamaica, N.Y. (Clifford J. Ivie, president); Joffroy Warehouse, Nogales, Ariz. (Marco A. Joffroy, compliance officer); Sea Cargo, Carson, Calif. (Shane J. Kennedy, secretary); and USTC Global, Torrance, Calif. (Hyunmo 'Sean' Yang, secretary).
The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Praxis SCM, Corte Madera, Calif. (George W. Pasha IV, president); Renaissance Global Logistics, Detroit (Kathleen M. Green, vice president of logistics services); Tricon Container Line, New York (Neal M. Rosenberg, manager); and Valueway Global Logistics, Flushing, N.Y. (Zong 'David' W. Chen, vice president); and an ocean freight forwarder license application from Sea Horse Express, Kearny, N.J. (Desiree Herrera, president).
In addition, the agency received an application for a change to qualifying individual from Nippon Express U.S.A., Wood Dale, Ill. (Michiya Shimizu, senior vice president); and trade name change applications from Maritime and Intermodal Logistics Systems, Seattle (Junko Altman, secretary); Rado International, East Point, Ga. (Lovett Brooks, chief executive officer); and Rose Containerline, New York (Neal M. Rosenberg, president).
