The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 13 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received a non-vessel-operating common carrier license application from Marine Bulk Freight Forwarding, Huixquilucan, Mexico (Moises S. Leon, president).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Daisy Mae Concepcion, Orange, Calif. (Daisy Mae Concepcion V. Taleon, sole proprietor); John S. Kim and Paul H. Choe, South San Francisco, Calif. (John S. Kim, partner); and Logistics Management Solutions, St. Louis (Gregory L. Umstead, vice president).
The FMC received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Dulce Auto Import & Export, Miami (Dulce Guzman, president); and Steel Direct Shipping Line, Long Beach, Calif. (Silvana Jones, vice president).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from China Interocean Transport, Jamaica, N.Y. (Hon Yin Ng, vice president); Eagle Shipping, Sharon Hill, Pa. (Daniel Wackerman, president); Koch Maritime, St. Paul, Minn. (Stan Sing Lau, vice president); Samskip, Norfolk, Va, (Olafur Matthiasson, president); and Worldbridge Logistics, Nashville, Tenn. (Gary Brown, senior vice president); and for addition of trade names from Pinki Enterprises, Jamaica, N.Y. (Lea Molnar Dujmovic, president) to Sail Container Lines; and Unigroup Worldwide, Fenton, Mo. (John M. Hiles, assistant secretary) to UniGroup Relocation.
