FMC reviews 15 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 15 license applications and changes for review.
  
The FMC received a non-vessel-operating common carrier license application from Sea Crest Logistics San Gabriel, Calif. (Veronica Knycha, president).
  
The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Alpha-Raleigh USA, Newark, N.J. (Hakeem K. Bisiolu, member); APECS Logistics, Fullerton, Calif. (Jou An Kim, chief financial officer); Cargonauts USA Corp., Doral, Fla. (Miguel O. Gonzalez, president); Latin Link Logistics, Miami (Beatriz E. Jaramillo, pricing, trade and marketing manager); and New Star Freight, Corona, Calif. (Xiaosong M. Liu, operations manager).
  
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Global Cargo Connection, Hialeah, Fla. (Yusniel Rodriguez, president); and The Villamayor Enterprises Ltd. Partnership, Kansas City, Mo. (Arthur B. Villamayor, general partner).
  
In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individual from Customs and Trade Services, Miami (Reinaldo Rodriquez, vice president); Leschaco, Houston (Mark. C. Malambri, president); T.V.L. Global Logistics (N.Y.), Little Neck, N.Y. (Michael Tsui, vice president); UTi, United States, Melville, N.Y. (Charles N. Deller, vice president); and WTG Logistics, Exeter, N.H. (Alain J. Beaudoin, vice president); and for trade name changes from Jacobson Global Logistics, Seattle (Sarah B. Doracht, senior vice president); and Seapack, Miami (Mark Kearns, president).
