FMC reviews 15 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 15 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Falcon Maritime and Aviation, Jamaica, N.Y. (Richard A. Shelala, president); Lorden International, West Covina, Calif. (Larry Lee, treasurer); Schooner Lines Co., Leola, Pa. (James Madden, chief operating manager); and Webgistix Corp., Las Vegas (Joseph Aldo Disorbo, president).
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Berto L. Bastista Urena and Juan A. Rodriguez, Passaic, N.J. (Berto L. Batista, partner); CLN Worldwide, Charlotte, N.C. (David E. Sitton, managing member); I.T. Freight Corp., Miami (Nicolas I. Cassis, secretary); Orion SLM, Cutler Bay, Fla. (Bernardo Flores, manager); and Transmarine Shipping, Inglewood, Calif. (Yuk Lau, secretary).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from AOG International, Houston (J. Shelli Ali, vice president); Azimuth Lines, Bridgewater, N.J. (Mohan Krishnamurti, president); Global Forwarding Enterprises Ltd., Manalapan, N.J. (Rachel Micari, manager); and Master Transportation Cargo, Miami (Hector J. Vega, member).
   In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individuals from Conceptum Logistics (USA), The Woodlands, Texas (Pamela H. Ceravolo, managing director); and for a license transfer from Multimodal Container Consulting, Scotch Plains, N.J. (Robin Lynch, managing member).
