The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 18 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Emjay Global, Halethorpe, Md. (Olufemi P. Olaomi, member); Eshipping, Parkville, Mo. (Matthew P. Weiss, vice president); Force Container Line, Cranford, N.J. (Toni M. Stanislawczyk, member); Share Logistics, Rotterdam (Dirk “Dik” Biji, executive vice president); and Sobe Enterprises, Miami Gardens, Fla. (Claude Sterling, president).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Embarque Laguna, Paterson, N.J. (Berqui Morel, managing member); Graceworld, Hawthorne, Calif. (Tracy Strine, chief financial officer); King Cargo Corp., Miami (Rafael C. Da Costa, secretary); and SFS Cargo Express, Miami (Yurisnay Leyva, secretary).
The FMC received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Dawson Logistics, Glen Carbon, Ill. (Jon M. Richardson, vice president); Shipping Cars R Us of South Florida, Miami (Susanne A. Getten, secretary); and Topocean Consolidation Service (Los Angeles), City of Industry, Calif. (Robert Wang, president).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from All World Shipping Corp., Tampa, Fla. (Gerald J. DeBow, treasurer); Fesco Integrated Transport North American, Seattle (Michael Evans, president); Icon Logistics Services, Laurel, Md. (Gbenga Yinsua, member); and Inter Shipping Line, Torrance, Calif. (Seung Joon Kim, chief executive officer); for a transfer to TransTrade Operators from Trans-Trade, DFW Airport, Texas (Scott T. Brinks, president); and to add trade name Trinity Transport & Logistics from West Indies Trade & Consulting, Powder Springs, Ga. (Mark Weimann, president).
