FMC reviews 19 OTI license applications

 

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 19 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from ADS Air & Ocean Freight, Doral, Fla. (Julieth X. Zapata, operations coordinator); Besco Shippers, Philadelphia (Ludlow Harding, president); Caribbean Shipping Solutions, Stone Mountain, Ga. (Paul S. Philip, vice president of shipping operations); CTS International Logistic, Montreal (Matthew Mirizzi, president); Eurotrans International, Winter Park, Fla. (Brian Lux, president); Original U.S.A. Group Corp., Jamaica, N.Y. (Chuan Yu, president); Radiant Overseas Express, Downey, Calif. (Cynthia Choi, chief executive officer); and Steele Logistics, Inglewood, Calif. (Rene N. Steele, member).
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Atlas Latin Cargo, Miami (Alfredo Peraza Jr., manager); Interlink Cargo Logistics, Riverdale, N.J. (Kris K. Kim, member); and Joma Logistics, Plainfield, Ill. (Nie Xu, director).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from CCE, Overland Park, Kan. (Steven A. Sharpe, manager); HDS Freight Services of California, Bayfield, Colo. (James Tencza, president); International Partners, Lorton, Va. (Edward F. Erskine Jr., president); Neutral Sea, Miami (German Serrano, executive vice president); and Universal Cargo Management, Culver City, Calif. (Devin Burke, chief executive officer).
   In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individual from Descargonet USA, Torrance, Calif. (Je Ha, secretary); and Yes Logistics Corp., Pasadena, Calif. (John S. His, assistant vice president); and for a trade name change from Sentry Household Shipping, Jacksonville, Fla. (Stephen F. Crooks, president).
