The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 19 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications AGS Cargo USA, Doral, Fla. (Nathalie Diaz, secretary); Albarq Shipping Services, Stanton, Calif. (Denise E. Scott, president); Always Affordable Shipping, Hazlet, N.J. (Christopher L. Loux, member); Brian Hsu, Hayward, Calif. (Brian Hsu, sole proprietor); Brox Logistics USA, New York (Vladimir Eremin, managing member); and Logistics International Parcel Shipping Transport, South Elgin, Ill. (Marilou Pedres, operation manager).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Transportation Management, Jacksonville, Fla. (Mitchell D. Swanson, vice president); and Warehouse Division of World Terminal and Distributing Corp., Miami (Ralph Gazitua, president).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Ameripack Services, Miami (Willians J. Herrera, president); Brookfield Relocation, Shelton, Conn. (Thomas W. Weimer, assistant vice president); Cargois, Elk Grove Village, Ill. (Souck-Sin Lee, treasurer); CMA CGM Logistics USA, East Rutherford, N.J. (Simon Preisler, general manager); Sincere Shipping, Savannah, Ga. (Megan Leggett, member); The Relocation Freight Corp. of America, Shelton, Conn. (Thomas W. Weimer, assistant vice president); and Trans Atlantic Logistics, Jamaica, N.Y. (Khalid Mahmud, president).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Chemlogix Global, Blue Bell, Pa. (Marc A. Lombardi, vice president); and Platinum Cargo Logistics, Elgin, Ill. (Andrew R. Mancione, vice president); for a trade name change from Movage, Bronx, N.Y. (Traveler Schinz-Devico, vice president); and for a license transfer from C&F Worldwide Agency Corp., Carolina, Puerto Rico (Jose E. Del Cueto Gonzalez, president).
