FMC reviews 19 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 19 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Damco A/S, Madiso, N.J. (James Percival, compliance officer); Interact Moving Services, Cooper City, Fla. (Maria I. Perugini, president); La Solucion Cargo Express Corp., Hollywood, Fla. (Hermogenes R. Simo, president); Pegasus Logistics Group, Coppell, Texas (Kenneth C. Beam, president); and Q Logistics, Phoenix (Jason P. Quagliata, member).
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from ATI Container Services, Miami (Claudia M. Hermo, president); Bonaberi Shipping & Moving, Hyattsville, Md. (Tse E. Bangarie, president); Pink City Logistics USA, Manalapan, N.J. (Parveen Sharma, manager); and T-Link Logistics, Diamond Bar, Calif. (Libang Song, senior executive vice president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from AE Eagle Logistics, Bensenville, Ill. (Neal Lieu, secretary); Maromar International Freight Forwarders, Medley, Fla. (Mara Barth, president); Stella Maris International Trading, Tampa, Fla. (Fernando Perez, vice president); Trans-Pak International, South San Francisco, Calif. (Leilani Arendell, chief financial officer); Webgistix Corp., Las Vegas (Joseph A. Disorbo, chief executive officer); William B. Meyer, Stratford, Conn. (Chad M. Francis, vice president of international business development); and Zfreight, Weston, Fla. (Ismael G. Diaz, president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individual from Daybreak Logistics, Kannapolis, N.C. (Robert Lee Bare, secretary); and MBM International Logistics, Atlanta (Xiao Yan Mers, president); and for a trade name change from Asecomer International Corp., Miami (John O. Crespo, president).
