The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 20 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from CTL USA, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Joy Fu, secretary); Epic International Transport, Long Beach, Calif. (Charles Brennan, member); Knight (USA), Eastampton, N.J. (Louis Simone, operating manager); Panamerican Shipping, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Lamar Bailey, president); and Status Baby Moving Corp., Pompano Beach, Fla. (Katrina Payne, secretary).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from AA Shipping, Houston (Barbara C. Mozie, president); Best Global Logistics USA, Torrance, Calif. (Ratchanee Supbuatong, vice president); Global Parcel System, Miami (Alejandro Alvarez, member); Sinai Logistics, Medley, Fla. (Louissana Dappo, member); Universal Shippers Group, Morrow, Ga. (Alfred A.M. Khannu, manager); and US Project Management, Spring, Texas (Won “Eric” Y. Kang, member).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from B.R.A.L. Miami, Miami (Amalia S. Freire, secretary); Mohammad Bagegni, Pelham, N.H. (Mohammad A. Bagegni, sole proprietor); Nippon Concept America, The Woodlands, Texas (Martine L. Plunkett, manager); SR Logistics, Long Beach, Calif. (Richard R. Seng, president); and West Indies Trade & Consulting, Powder Springs, Ga. (Mark Weimann, president).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from ASF, Mobile, Ala. (Thomas E. Heagle, senior vice president of operations); Glovis America, Irvine, Calif. (Sharon S. Choi, vice president); and Transglobal Logistics, Long Beach, Calif. (Gope R. Vaswani, secretary; and for a trade name change from JK International, Memphis, Tenn. (Teresa Donaldson, secretary).
