FMC reviews 25 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 25 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from BST International Logistics, Hialeah, Fla. (Blanca Soto, president); Caribbean American Shipping Express, Hollywood, Fla. (Maybeline D. Despagne, member); Eastway Logistics USA, Deer Park, Ill. (John Y. Wong, director); EasyHaul.com, Vancouver, Wash. (Natalya “Natalie” S. Lukin, director of operations); Freight Cargo Logistics, Skillman, N.J. (Rachel A. Travia, treasurer); IM-EX Global, Clinton, Wis. (Kevin W. Chang, vice president); and Liviocean Logistics, Huntington Beach, Calif. (Kalvin K. Yau, vice president). 
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Agility Freight, Spring, Texas (Atiqa Bhatti, member); Artemis Global, Virginia Beach, Va. (Candics L. Kennedy, executive vice president); Atlantic Coast Trading, Doral, Fla. (Araceli Arteaga, president); C2C International Logistics, San Leandro, Calif. (Pauline G. Tang, chief operating officer); Cory Brothers (USA), Houston, Texas (Cornelius F. Connelly, vice president); H&F Logistics, Indianapolis, Ind. (Timothy M. Harris II, director of logistics); Nilson Worldwide, Charleston, S.C. (David F. Nilson, member); and Talatrans Worldwide Corp., Itasca, Ill. (Jesus Talavera Jr., presdent). 
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Bulk Cargo Services & Logistics, Vancouver, Wash. (Darrell L. Bryant, president); and G&E Logistics, Miami, Fla. (German O. Marin, president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to a qualifying individual from Helmsman Freight Solutions, Miami, Fla. (Francisco J. Grande, president); Roar Logistics, Buffalo, N.Y. (Timothy Mathien, vice president); Sicomex International Corp., Miami, Fla. (Tayme Cabeza Gomez, president); Sky Freight Forward, Miami, Fla. (Morgan Miranda, secretary); Specialty Freight Services, Essington, Pa. (Stacey A. Gordon, vice president of international services); and Stiegler Shipping Co., Mobile, Ala. (Colin M. Stiegler, vice president); and for transfers to El Palmer International Logistics from El Palmer International, Doral, Fla. (Andres E. Penalver, managing member); and Titan Steel Corp. from TSC Logistics, Baltimore, Md. (Muhammad Kazi, vice president).
