The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 25 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from AB Group Shipping Corp., Miami (Marcela A. Prado, president); IP Logistics, Azusa, Calif. (Kenny Yip, vice president); Seastar International Group, Bridgewater, N.J. (Ying Zhao, president); Seven Seas Spirit, North Miami, Fla. (Yelena Farber, president); and Walmay Logistics, Yorba Linda, Calif. (Shifeng Hou, president).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Central Oceans USA, Charlotte, N.C. (Joseph C. Toe, managing director); Contract Logistics, Oklahoma City, Okla. (Thomas W. Young, vice president of ocean transportation); JJB Trucking Services & Shipping, Paterson, N.J. (Bertha C. Triminio, partner); M.V.P. International Freight Systems, Miami (Jorge M. Palacios, secretary); Madkem Logistics, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Thomas Salako, vice president); Quasar Logistics, Hollis, N.Y. (Rene Madrazo, chief logistics officer); RR Donnelley Logistics Services Worldwide, Bolingbrook, Ill. (Thomas K. Griffin, president); and US Com Express, Torrance, Calif. (Young C. Joh, member).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Allmia International Corp., Medley, Fla. (Rebeca Carroll, president); Automobile Export Loaders of America, Miami (Angela M. Rivera, president); and DCI Transport, Cumming, Ga. (Christie Patterson, manager).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Bring Logistics US, Houston (Breanna G. Morgan, assistant secretary); Crescent Line, Dallas (Lee M. Davis, vice president); CTS Global Logistics (Georgia), Atlanta (Stephen N. Arra,vice president); Hydra Logistics, Houston (Lee M. Davis, president); I.T.N. Consolidators, Miami (Daniel L. Grimes, chief operating officer); I.T.N. of Miami, Miami (Daniel L. Grimes, chief operating officer); ISI Express (N.Y.), Jamaica, N.Y. (Gin Choo Lim Yuen, president); and MTS Transportation, Rosemead, Calif. (Roger Wu, president); and for a name change from Dynasty CHB, East Boston, Mass. (Dawn Lowry, president) to Dynasty International.
