FMC reviews 25 OTI license applications

 

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 25 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Advance Container Line, New York (Chris X. Chou, president); Cheryl G. Wilson, Des Moines, Wash. (Cheryl G. Wilson, sole proprietor); H.A.B. International, Miami (Harold A. Beharry, president); Omega Cargo, Medley, Fla. (Luis E. Vicent, president); Sky Link NY, Jamaica, N.Y. (Min Joo Lee, president); and Vip Cargo Services, North Plainfield, N.J. (Raga E. Ahmed, member).
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Alpha Florida Trade, Doral, Fla. (Audric A. Nadal, president); CR & J Logistics, Lake Worth, Fla. (Antonio Rente, vice president); Easyway International, Wilmington, Del. (Frank Xu, member); Guaranteed International Freight and Trade Inc., Brooklyn, N.Y. (Lawrence N. Medas, manager); HNM Enterprises, Orlando, Fla. (John Summey, manager); Kamino International Transport, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Mark Bongean, vice president of operations); Swift Customs House Brokers, Miami (Rolando Ayala, president); and Vision Shipping, Alexandria, Va. (Husam F. Atari, president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Centro Marine Freight Forward, Los Angeles (Ana Serrano, director); Joseph P. Solomon, Shoreline, Wash. (Joseph P. Solomon, sole proprietor); Super Trading, Minneapolis (Simmarjit Singh, chairman); and Unique Logistics International, Jamaica, N.Y. (Sunadan Ray, president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individual from Airport Clearance Service, Rochelle Park, N.J. (Robert Schumann, chief operating officer); C. Hartwig Gdynia, Gdynia, Poland (Anna Zadroga, customer service manager); Eagle Trans Shipping & Logistics, Hoboken, N.J. (Debora A. Sacco-Alterisio, manager); Eurotrans Systems, New York (Colin J. D’Abreo, executive vice president); Kog Transport, New York (Colin J. D’Abreo, executive vice president); Seagull Maritime Agencies Private Limited, New Delhi, India (Paryeen Mehta, vice president); and Sunshine Express Line, Miami (Donna Coronel, vice president).
