FMC reviews 25 OTI license applications

The agency has received 25 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes.

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 25 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from C.E.I. Logistics, Langhorne, Pa. (Robert M. Pfender, president); Comage Container Lines, Ontario, Canada (Joshua Kochath, director); Cur-Ant Transfer and Logistics, Miami (Deborah A. Jesurun, president); Export Trade Service, Dalton, Ga. (Patricia A. Walls, president); Global Logistics Providers, Stamford, Conn. (Michael S. Chapell, president); WD Global Logistics Corp., Compton, Calif. (Woon Dong Huh, president); and XYZ Global Express Corp., Downey, Calif. (Benedict Simborio, assistant secretary). 
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from BP Harvest International, Bronx, N.Y. (Blado Y. Caimares Vega, commercial manager); Brownstone International Customs Brokerage & Compliance, Portland, Ore. (Michael S. Brown, president); Demetrios Air Freight Co., Woburn, Mass. (Demetrios Tsiaousopoulos, president); Northstar Logistics, Sterling, Va. (Mazen T. Farouki, member); Polaris Development Corp., Elkridge, Md. (Mary E. Mullen, vice president); and Spartan Global Logistics, Montgomery, Texas (Maureen Renaud, member). 
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Black Pearl Int’l Freight Fwdg and CHB, Torrance, Calif. (David M. Turner, chief executive officer); Diana Shipping Line, Katy Texas (Diana Corona, member); Hybrid Global Logistics, Feasterville, Pa. (Joseph A. Cimino, president); Miac Logistics Corp., Miami (Yelena Jimenez, secretary); RFC Logistics, Miami (Jennifer R. Ahrens, manager); and Streamline Trade Management, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Bo Yu Zheng, president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from A&A Contract Customs Brokers USA, Blaine, Wash. (Jodi D. Lefler, vice president); C.H. Robinson International, Eden Prairie, Minn. (Emil R. Sanchez, vice president); Incopro Corp., Houston (Steve Licursi, senior vice president); Perimeter International, Irving, Texas (Dennis Garcia, assistant secretary); and Valley Cargo International, Miami (Victor H. Sierra, director); and for a business structure change from Deluxe Freight Inc., Doral, Fla. (William Munoz, president) to Deluxe Freight LLC.
